The applicable prices are those indicated on the website, except in the case of typographical errors. The prices shown on the website include VAT.
Shipping
Our only current shipping method is certified home delivery with tracking via a Transport Agency or Correos. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer, which may be different from the billing address (when registering as a customer, you can provide different details). The shipping time is between 24-72 hours, depending on the destination, from the payment verification and as long as the item is in stock. Some items are made to order, and depending on the type of item and delivery destination, delivery may take between 7 to 15 days.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost is always indicated in the shopping cart.
Guarantees
All our shipments are covered by a liability insurance for cases of damage and/or loss caused by transportation. We recommend inspecting the items upon receipt after signing the delivery note provided by the carrier, as well as reporting any issues within 24 hours so we can address them. After these 24 hours, the transport agency and Calrace Wheels will not be responsible for any claims related to transport damage.
Returns
The customer has a period of 7 business days from the date of receipt of the order to make a possible return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all documentation in perfect condition, without signs of having been used or tampered with. If these requirements are not met, the return cannot be processed.
If the return is due to a customer error, the customer will bear all associated costs (transport, collection, and administrative fees). In the case of an error in order preparation or a defective item, the costs will be covered by Calrace Wheels S.L. All returns must be authorized in advance by Calrace Wheels S.L.
